with Chilau Parmesan and Butter
I'll be honest, prior to this recipe I never liked oysters. I'm stilling working my way up to eating them raw, but grilled with Chilau Sauce, butter and parmesan cheese was unreal! Simple recipe with amazing results!
- Chilau Sauce
- Parmesan Cheese
- Shuck oysters
- Place on hot grill
- Add Chilau Pepper Sauce
- Add Parmesan Cheese
- Add Melted Butter
- Grill until oyster liquor starts to bubble
- Grab some crackers and enjoy!
